Du 5 au 15 août 2020

From August 2 to 15, 2019, festival goers will be able to enjoy the return of great Acadian artists, revel in the music of today’s up and rising stars, and make new discoveries during the 57th Festival acadien de Caraquet.

Six very festive evenings are on the schedule for August 2, 9, 10, 14 and 15 with well-known artists. Individual tickets for all the shows presented by the Festival are available through the Billetterie Accès (www.billetterieacces.com); prices vary between $25 and $45 depending on the show and the artist. Show passes in the form of a bracelet – transferable from one person to another – are on sale for $60 (all fees included), but only a limited quality is available. The pass is good for five evenings and gives access to twelve artists or groups.

This year’s line-up includes artists from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Quebec, Ontario, Louisiana (USA), and Cap-Vert (Africa).

It should be noted that the Gala de la chanson de Caraquet and the Petit Gala will both be held during the Festival, August 8 and 4, respectively. The Festival acadien de poésie will take place from August 1 to 4 and the program will be unveiled shortly.

The Festival's Favourites Return
The blessing of the boats, the boat parade, fireworks the soapbox race and, of course, the August 15 Grand Tintamarre will be back this year. Le Festival acadien de Caraquet 2019 is presented by Loto 50/50 Coop Caraquet and UNI Coopération financière.
